How many games does My Team get?

​

  •  “6 GAMES Minimum” and may be more depending on your playoff advancement.

​

What does our team get do we need our own jerseys?

​

  • All teams will get 4 reversible tournament jerseys for each player to keep!

​

Can our Team get a Refund?

​

  • Once teams complete the final registration form and payment is received, teams then have 2 days (48hrs. after payment confirmation) to request a refund.  Refunds will be issued that are within the aforementioned deadline. 

  • If teams request a refund beyond the 2 day period, and up to 10 days prior to event date, We will then offer an "Event Team Credit" to reschedule your participation in another event, allowing teams to still be able to compete play ball!

We Do not provide refunds in the following circumstances:

​

  • If Teams decide to request a refund within 10 days of the event start date

  • If Teams miss games due to lateness/absence at game time resulting in loss by default (Team captains must ensure punctuality) 

  • If Teams experience player injuries and are unable to compete with 3 players minimum.

  • If Teams or individuals are suspended or ejected from the event due to any breaches of player code of conduct policy (e.g. fighting, alcohol at facilities, etc.)

  • Any other circumstances which may arise out of 3ON3 Basketballs control teams are responsible to have all players ready to play when the Referee does the coin toss.

Can I get a refund if my Event date is Cancelled or Has to be Rescheduled?

​

  • Rescheduled events in the rare case should a cancellation happen on our end due to something out of our control.  We vow to ensure teams will be able to choose future event dates to participate in with a full "Event Team Credit", as we want to ensure basketball is played in the end!

What if my Team Can’t make the new Rescheduled event date?

​

  • We will work with all teams scheduling a date at any future event to make sure your team ends up competing in the end.  "Event Team Credits" do not expire.

How do team fees work out per team/per player?

​

  • Team fees are $300+tax per team = $339 total with taxes included

  • Player fees are $85/each player based on teams of 4 players

Can our team have 5 Players?

​

  • No, unfortunately 4 players per team maximum, FIBA3x3 guidelines do not allow more than 4 players on the game sheets In the event a player injury should happen reducing the teams roster size, then a substitute player may be needed to complete the competition.  Upon request at the event, we will consider allowing roster additions' and take it on a case by case basis with the end goal to have teams play their games.

Can I change my Team name?

​

  • Your team name may not be changed after final registration and payment is received.

This temporary privacy policy applies to the websites and services (“Services”) operated by the league or team or youth sports organization (“3ON3 Basketball Canada”) on which this policy is linked.  3ON3 Basketball Canada will update this privacy policy soon. INFORMATION COLLECTED


3ON3 Basketball Canada collects any information that you provide to the services, including for example, when you register for an account and provide your email address, a password, and your name. Depending on how you use the services, 3ON3 Basketball Canada may also collect
• Contact information such as address and phone number of players and family members;
• Team member information, including where applicable information about your children;
• Messages and chat you send via the services;
• Team information, such as rosters, schedules, attendance, statistics, and scores;
• Activity information you upload, including photos, news, information.
• Payment information;
• Messages and feedback you send to 3ON3 Basketball Canada
• Transaction information.


Automatically Collected Information


Wix may also collect information from your device when you use the services, including
• Information about your computer, mobile phone, tablet, and all other similar electronic or mobile devices, including your IP address, operating system and browser type, device identifiers, device settings, device attributes, browser settings, the web pages of the Services you have visited, services visited before and after you visit a service, and the content and advertisements you have accessed, seen, forwarded and/or clicked-on.

• Social media Information. If you engage with the services through social media services or other third-party platforms, such as Facebook, 3ON3 Basketball Canada may have access to certain Information in your profile depending on your privacy settings.

Your information may be used by 3ON3 Basketball Canada to:
• Provide the services
• For any specific purpose for which it was provided or volunteered.
• To send you information
• To prevent fraud and defend legal rights
• To comply with applicable law

3ON3 Basketball Canada may share your information with:
• Service providers that perform certain business-related functions on its behalf
• Social Networks: if you use social networks through the services.
• Other Users: depending on how you use the services your information may be available to other members your league.
• As required by law in with Law Enforcement Agencies or Regulators.
• National Governing Bodies: 3ON3 Basketball Canada may share your information with the following National Governing Body of your sport, for instance to confirm your eligibility to participate in a sport.

The services are powered by Wix.  Wix collects information from users depending on how they use the services, as set forth in the privacy policy.
• For logged in users, Wix may collect:
device identifiers and usage data for analytics purposes, o data related to messages in the Wix account, and o volunteer information such as name and email address.
• When administrators are logged in, Wix may collect:
device identifiers and usage data for analytics purposes.


YOUR RIGHTS & CHOICES


• You may unsubscribe from 3ON3 Basketball Canada email newsletters or promotional emails by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. You may not be able to unsubscribe from service-related or transaction emails.
